At Maplan’s trade fair in Kottingbrunn, EM Gummitechnik showcased a wide range of tooling components and production processes. “Our family business and Maplan have been trusted partners for decades, valuing a strong collaborative relationship,” emphasize Managing Directors Erwin and Michael Mach. During the event, EM Gummitechnik ran a fully automated production process for silicone bottle caps using Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR).
The silicone bottle caps—distributed as promotional gifts by EM Gummitechnik—delighted visitors at the “Maplan Days” event. The company manufactures these products from either silicone or rubber to meet specific customer requirements, creating custom-made items based on specifications, technical drawings, or samples—serving sectors such as mechanical engineering, food technology, and medical technology.
